With a November 1st effective date, a few Democrat leftists went to court to attempt to block the implementation of the newly restored civil right of self defense.
Rep. Jason Lowe fought to block the civil right by first attempting a citizen referendum petition. The group who helped this tactic fell very short of the 59,000 they needed.
Then Lowe claimed in a court petition that the state's constitutional 'single subject' rule was violated because more than one named personal defense armament was stated.
A District Court Judge denied a preemptive injunction while the lawsuit is litigated; Lowe said he would seek an emergency appeal by the Oklahoma Supreme Court on Halloween Day (today).
Lowe's suit remains in place and citizens may ultimately lose this legal battle. But it's a thinly-veiled political tactic to stop a movement of the people to reassert constitutional law and civil rights.
It remains to be seen whether Rep. Lowe will be ultimately be charged with Barratry (abuse of the court system).
Don Spencer gives a short video recap on the Injunction against the Constitutional Carry Law.
On Friday morning there will be a rally at the South pavilion of the state capitol. Participants can lawfully (& constitutionally) carry arms on the capitol grounds on that day. But the fight isn't over. Rep. Lowe's legal team still has a date in court.

Nov. 1st Meeting Set.

Just 24 hours after OKGOP Vice Chair, Mike Turner, publicly called for a special meeting of the OKGOP Budget Committee. Chairman David McLain finally called the committee into their 2nd meeting of the new administration.
On Friday night, November 1st, the committee will meet at the State GOP headquarters, in OKC.  Several party members are asking that a budget be presented to the presiding State Committee of the OKGOP as soon as possible, to restore some trust with donors about proper spending.
The party chairman divulged to KFAQ radio that more than $16,000 of credit card debt has amassed, including 2 east coast trips to National party meetings where McLain had the OKGOP pay for his wife & a staffer to come along. The OKGOP does not normally pay for these unnecessary expenses and in fact requires that the two Oklahoma Committee members, (Steve Curry & Carolyn McLarty) to pay for their own travel, lodging, & meals; for these meetings.
The budget committee was supposed to be active by early June, to propose a budget and authorize sending when the State Committee held their Summer meeting (usually in late June).
But the committee members were still being recruited last August, and only met for the first time, just "two nights prior" to the August meeting.
The membership of the Budget Committee is still not published, despite assurances that it would be.  Some members' inclusion is in question, and Chairman Gary Jones has told SoonerPolitics that he stepped down from the Chairmanship of the group, but is willing to stay on as a member.

The ISIS Collapse

Al Baghdadi Raid Timeline.

On Friday, military officials provided Trump with different plans to go after al-Baghdadi, Pence said. That same day, according to Reuters, al-Baghdadi and his family left their compound by minibus, for the last time — perhaps the "actionable intelligence" Pence mentioned that allowed US forces to embark on the Saturday operation.
The raid on al-Baghdadi's compound began early on Sunday morning local time, The Washington Post reports. Details are beginning to emerge about the operation:
The operation was codenamed to honor Kayla Mueller, the American aid worker who was captured by ISIS and repeatedly raped by al-Baghdadi before she was killed. Mueller was abducted from Aleppo in 2013 and confirmed dead in 2015, though her body has not been recovered, CNN reports.
  • Troops involved in the operation, including members of the Army's Delta Force, took off in eight helicopters from Iraq early Sunday morning local time — Saturday afternoon on the US East Coast.
  • The troops were met with small-arms fire upon landing in Syria, just a few miles from the Turkish border.
  • The commandos involved in the operation called out to al-Baghdadi once they arrived at the compound to see whether he would come out. They breached two walls of the compound with explosives, fearing the entrance was booby-trapped, after 11 children and a few adults emerged, according to The Washington Post.
  • Al-Baghdadi didn't emerge, instead retreating into the tunnels of the compound with two children. A US military working dog followed al-Baghdadi into the tunnel, where the terrorist leader detonated a suicide vest that killed himself and the children.
  • US forces performed a DNA test on al-Baghdadi's remains in a secure location, Army Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said in a press conference Monday.
  • The compound was destroyed by US firepower, including Hellfire missiles, Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missiles, and GBU laser-guided bombs, according to Milley.
  • Trump announced Sunday morning that al-Baghdadi had been killed by US forces.
  • Trump, Pence, Secretary of Defense Mark Esper, national security adviser Robert O'Brien, and other members of the national security team watched the raid unfold via overhead surveillance footage. No sound is available on such footage to prevent interference from the Situation Room during these operations, The New York Times said.
  • While the troops involved in the raid were wearing body cameras, that footage was not relayed to the Situation Room in real time, as it contains disturbing images and can be disorienting. As The Times reported, that footage is meant to be viewed after the fact.
  • Trump described al-Baghdadi as "screaming, crying, and whimpering" when he died, though it's unclear how he obtained that information; he may have talked to those directly involved.
  • The mission was complete and al-Baghdadi dead by 7:15 p.m. ET on Saturday, O'Brien said on NBC's "Meet the Press" on Sunday.
In the aftermath of the operation, it's unclear what's next. Here's what we know and what we don't.
  1. Syrians sifting through the rubble at the site of al-Baghdadi's compound the day after the operation.
  2. The dog who followed al-Baghdadi into the tunnel was wounded in the operation but is recovering, though its name has not been released.
  3. Al-Baghdadi's remains were buried at sea within 24 hours of his death, McKenzie said in a press conference Wednesday.
  4. Two men who were taken from the compound are in US custody, Milley told reporters during a press conference Monday afternoon.
  5. Separately, Abu Hassan al-Muhajir, a spokesman for ISIS and a likely successor to al-Baghdadi, was reported killed in Syria on Sunday, though US officials have not confirmed the operation, which is believed to have been a joint effort by US and SDF forces, The New York Times reports.

SoonerPolitics.org discussed the long progressive growth of what we now call 'The Deep State'.

The methodical process of exposing Deep State is moving at a snail's pace. Four years ago the very catch phrase was the surest way to get one labeled as a kook. Then Rush Limbaugh told Chris Wallace during Trump's first month in office, that the problem is real. There is an effort of the career operatives in D.C. to limit or destroy any elected official who stands in the way.
Enter Donald Trump..
The most unlikely president in American history came into office without owing the political establishment anything. His enemies were in both political powers, going back to the 1950s. Only two presidents in the last 50 years defied the hideous forces of the D.C. beltway. Ronald Reagan, who was gravely wounded within weeks of taking office; and Donald Trump.
GOP Deep State
It's not that other candidates didn't try to run for office. Sen. Barry Goldwater was destroyed politically by his primary foe, Nelson Rockefeller. The Rockefeller family dominated east coast politics with allies like Gov. George Romney of Michigan (Mitt's father), and Sen. Prescott Bush of Connecticut (Bush41's father). The trio sought to discredit Ronald Reagan ever since the actor sought the governorship of California.

The Durham Investigation is a Justice Dept. investigation into the DC headquarters & FBI activities, and what plot may have been launched to remove President Trump from office.

Reagan made a fateful decision in 1980, to add Prescott's son, George HW Bush; to the presidential ticket at the party convention. It may have helped Reagan avoid campaign sabotage during that general election, but it set up the Bush family to leverage power for the next 40 years.
Democrat Deep State..
No one speaks at a national party convention without a massive force leveraging that access to the podium. Arkansas Gov. Bill Clinton, attained that access in 1988. Four years later he became the president. Of all his cabinet selections, none was as bizarre as when he got a local District Attorney in Florida placed into the role of Attorney General. Janet Reno and Clinton teamed up to force a legislative agenda centered around "The Crime Bill". It's passage led to a conservative electoral revolt in 1994, which set back the rest of the Clinton presidency. But the Clinton thugs controlled the Democrat party to the present day. The only exception was when an even more aggressive rival named Barry Obama was chosen in 2008, out of concerned about the Hillary Clinton 'baggage' of the previous 30 years. Yet Hillary continued to amass even more power in the swamp through party intimidation and fundraising prowess.
Clintons & Obama became strategic partners in setting up a massive deep state machine. But again, the legislative agenda precipitated an electoral revolt in the next 2 years. The Tea Party revolt became a massive force.
The Obama team sought to suppress and prosecute the Tea Party... first by directing Lois Lerner to keep these local civic organizations from attaining nonprofit status from the IRS. Tax Court prosecution was soon to follow. That plot got exposed by congressional hearings and was thwarted.
The courts needed to be dominated by Obama's activist fellow lawyers. This objective was easily done, thanks to senate courtesy in the Republican caucus. Those same federal judges exposed their lack of prudence when Trump became president. Only the Obama failure to pack the Supreme Court kept our nation from tyranny & resulting revolution.
The State Dept. has always been a prime objective of the Deep State. This was true when the Rockefellers created the Council on Foreign relations over 50 years ago. It has resulted in meddling in foreign politics ever since. The "Arab Spring" series of revolutions in moderate Arab nations, replacing them with Jihad radicals, was a key success of Hillary Clinton's, while she served as Secretary of State for Obama.
The Justice Dept. is a central focus of conspiracy at this present time. Janet Reno, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, and to a lesser impact, Jim Comey, Sally Yates, Andrew McCabe, & Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein. the last 3 on this list are currently under some sort of investigations. When the courts and the Justice Dept. are corrupted, the tyranny is complete. It's only a matter of time before the nation comprehends the loss of their nation.

The Counter Strike..
Trump is more liberated than Reagan was, in dealing with deep state insurgencies. While predecessors were mocked as paranoid, the narrative now has real credible evidence of existence. Alex Jones has long been dismissed as a kook by mainstream media outlets and social media tyrants. But when Rush Limbaugh lended credibility and insights, talk radio and alternative media outlets nationwide begame ernest research. Greg Garrett and Sarah Carter struke gold and published continuously.

Snowden Says Smartphones Are Spying On Us

In this installment of 3D Politics Live..
- Snowden Says Smartphones Are Spying On Us.  Ed Snowden Published a book and talked to Podcaster, Joe Rogan, about the contents, including the US Govt. access to our smartphones.

Here's some of what Ed Snowden says ought to bother you, about the most effective tool of govt. spying... Your Smartphone.
Smartphones are an important way for governments, tech companies and bad actors to snoop on you, as you leave a digital paper trail. But how does this happen?

NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden detailed just how smartphones can be used to spy on users in an appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast (see the featured video above).

Snowden noted that the biggest change in how the government conducts surveillance is that it’s moved to a “mobile-first” approach owing to the prevalence of smartphones. He explained once again how bulk collection of data for surveillance works.
Bulk collection revisited

The whistleblower said that carriers are able to track your device and therefore figure out your identity via cellular towers. Snowden adds that the movements of your phone are the movements of you as a person and are unique, as you go to your home and workplace every day.

“What this means is that whenever you’re carrying a phone, whenever the phone is turned on, there’s a record of your presence at that place that is made and being created by companies. It does not need to be kept forever, and in fact there’s no good argument for it to be kept forever. But these companies see that as valuable information,” Snowden explains.

The former NSA contractor says all of this data is stored as part of bulk collection or mass surveillance, regardless of whether you did anything wrong. “And that was just talking about how you connect to the phone network. That’s not talking about all those apps on your phone that are contacting the network even more frequently.”

Snowden says that shutting your phone off does work in some ways, but questioned how you would know that your modern, sealed smartphone is actually turned off.

“When I was in Geneva for example, working for the CIA, we would all carry like drug dealer phones (sic). The old dumb phones, they’re not smartphones, and the reason why was just because they had the removable backs where you could take the battery out.”

In other words, you might want to buy an LG V20 or Nokia 2.2 if you want some peace of mind, as these are two of the few phones with removable batteries.
